By using caballerodetails.com or booking a service with Caballero Details, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Our Services
Caballero Details provides mobile vehicle detailing services performed at a location you provide (home, office, or similar), across our South Florida service area. Service packages, inclusions, and starting prices are described on our Packages & Pricing page.
Bookings & Quotes
- Submitting a booking or quote request is not a guaranteed appointment. We'll follow up to confirm details, availability, and final pricing before your appointment is scheduled.
- Prices shown on the site are starting rates and may vary based on your vehicle's size and condition. You'll receive a confirmed price before your appointment is booked.
- Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information so we can properly prepare for your appointment.
Payment
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us keep availability fair for all clients.
Vehicle Condition & Access
- Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before your appointment.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear and tear unrelated to the detailing service performed.
- If we notice a concern (such as existing damage) before or during service, we'll point it out to you.
- A reasonably accessible parking space with room to work is required at the service location.
Weather
If weather conditions would affect the quality of the service, we'll reach out to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

The content on this website (text, images, and branding) belongs to Caballero Details and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please use the site only for its intended purpose — learning about and booking our services.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Caballero Details is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or our services, beyond the cost of the service provided.
